2012 Youth Video Contest
Here's your chance to get creative and make a video to share your thoughts on workplace health and safety, and injury prevention.
Why enter?
Over 6,000 Saskatchewan workers between the ages of 15 and 24 are hurt on the job every year. On average, another 2 die in a workplace incident annually. The one common thing about all of these injuries and deaths is that they are preventable.
Thinking about safety first can drastically reduce these statistics. Your video can raise awareness about safety by showing an “oh, that was close!” moment or the work of someone who is doing it right around injury prevention.
What's in it for you?
FAME! CASH! First prize is $1000! If your video is one of the top three selected, your team and your school will each receive a cash prize. The winning entries will be posted on this website and YouTube.
