Graphics

Using the computer's "Print Screen" feature, it is possible to take a screen shot of any graphic you are viewing.

  • Ensure that the figure you are viewing is clearly visible.
  • Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard.
  • Switch to your Desktop (eg. using ALT-TAB keys),
    and open your computer graphics editting program
    (e.g.Windows Paint) or alternatively a Word Processing program.
  • Select the "Paste" option for that program.

This is a routine Windows feature, simply highlight the text you wish to copy and press Ctrl-C (or the Copy option in your browser). To Paste, press Ctrl-V (or the Paste option in the software program being used).
